Operation
1.Wrap the foot massager wraps tightly around your legs and foot.
2.Connect the adapter to the wraps and a power supply.
3.Long press the switch button to open, short press to adjust intensity.
4.Press program button to switch between 6 programs.
5.Press heat button to switch between low/high/none.
Note: 1. Hold the velcro and wrap from tiptoe to ankle to calf.
2.Press the velcro to fasten it to prevent loosening.
3.Follow "R" and "L" indication and wrap to your foot.
